I read an article on social media recently that was a commentary on 2021. It first noted that in 2020 a lot of us were forced to spend a lot more time by ourselves (and with our immediate family) which in turn led us to learn more about ourselves in the slower pace of life. Then the article observed that in 2021 we learned how to be flexible as we reentered social interactions such as our places of employment or school settings. I think the same can be said for manufacturing – this past year we learned how to be flexible…

We worked to overcome the challenges of the early part of the pandemic, but new challenges arose. As a manufacturer supplying a wide variety of industries, Tempco managed, adapted and made choices to best serve our customers in the midst of fluid industry conditions. We are so grateful for these opportunities to grow as we served the new and continued partnerships that this year brought to us.
